  • All products are processed and dispatched within 2-4 working days after receiving your order.
  • Products to major cities in India are delivered in 3-5 days from the date of shipping. However, delivery can take upto 10-12 working days depending on the delivery location, or en-route delays due to unavoidable circumstances.
  • We ship on all week days (Monday to Friday), excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. 
  • Shipping charges are applicable for all orders. Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size , volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments. 
  • Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc. CINNAMON SOUL nor its logistic partners take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
  • CINNAMON SOUL’s logistics partners will make a maximum of three attempts to deliver your order. In case the customer is not reachable or does not accept delivery of products in these attempts CINNAMON SOUL reserves the right to cancel the order(s) at its discretion. In such an event, both to and fro shipping costs will be bourn by the customer.
  • We reserve the right to cancel your order due to issues arising out of inventory or other internal issues or issues such as strikes, interstate regulations, delivery outrage etc. We will inform you of cancelation of your order and will offer you an opportunity of refund. 
  • We only make use of reliable courier companies and/or Speed Post. CINNAMON SOUL is not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/ Speed Post or on account of any factors beyond the control of CINNAMON SOUL. 
  • Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon CINNAMON SOUL’s shipment to the shipping carrier.
  • In the event we have inadvertently sent you the wrong product/s we shall endeavor to correct it as soon as possible. Please send us an email at sales@cinnamonsoul.in within 3 days of receiving the parcel.
  • All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of deliver with photographs of said damage.
  • Our business hours are 9 am to 6 pm Indian Standard Time (IST) Monday through Friday. If you need to contact us outside our business hours please email our customer service department at info@cinnamonsoul.in and we will respond as soon as possible.

A tracking code is mentioned in the email invoice sent to you and you can track your order online after it is shipped (Please allow a few hours for the tracking details to be updated on the courier company's website).
If you feel that the packaging of the product is tampered or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept delivery of the product and contact us immediately at info@cinnamonsoul.in mentioning your order reference number and photographs of the damage. We shall ensure a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

We do customised gift and hampers packaging. Should you like for your order to be gift wrapped, please send us an email with your order number after your order is completed, or in the notes section of the order page and we will do the needful. We offers one gift packaging option per order. Should you require separate packaging per item please place separate orders. Gift packaging is charged additionally and payable online.
Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.


We do not encourage the return of products once sold.

Cancellation Before Shipment :
Order(s) once placed can ONLY be cancelled within 4 hours from placing the order, by writing to our customer support team on sales@cinnamonsoul.com. In case of cancellation of order within the timeline, you will be charged 2.5% as payment gateway charges and/or subject to deductions for any banking transaction charges incurred by us pursuant to your order and its cancellation. The balance will be refunded to the cardholder and credited through the same payment instrument. 

Exchange Policy
We only exchange goods if they are defective, damaged or lost in transit. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us within 24 hours of receiving said product, on info@cinnamonsoul.in with details of the product, order number, and photographs of the defect. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

Return & Refund Policy 
At CINNAMON SOUL, we do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our products. And we are happy to issue a full refund based on the fulfilment of the conditions listed below:
Full Refunds Possible Only If: you received a defective item and product packaging is not opened, product not used. The ordered item(s) is past its expiry date • Please note: Mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 10 to 14 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that. If the mode of refund is by e-wallet, credit should be available within 48 hours.
During peak seasons please allow up to 15-18 business days for your return to process.

How to Request a Refund:
To request a refund, simply email us your order details, including the reason why you’re requesting a refund. We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our quality of service.
